This book is a case study of a teacher education reform initiative. We-teachers in schools and a university-write together about our attempts to reform our teacher education program. We use both narrative and systematic studies to analyze in detail our reform initiatives-the changes we designed, the complex demands and learning that occurred over time, the longitudinal influence on our graduates, and the ongoing research and program evaluation that informed our decision making.
