Exam Cram: Proxy Server 2 contains some tutorial prose, but mostly focuses on lists of key facts and practice questions. Each chapter covers individual exam objectives--such as security--and concludes with a series of questions. After each answer, the authors have posted their commentary explaining why the answer is what it is. These bits of commentary prove particularly useful on tricky questions, though self-testing would be easier if answers weren't printed in such close proximity to their questions.
