Dr. Jimmie Oxley is a Pro-fessor of Chemistry at the University of Rhode Island and is the Co-Director of the newly awarded DHS University Center of Excel-lence for Explosives Detection - see, I should have read that more carefully - Explosives Detection, Mitigation, and Response. And fi-nally, Dr. Colin Drury is a Distinguished Professor and Chair of the Department of Industrial Engineering at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
